The state of hypnosis is a deeply relaxed state where you can develop a harmonious correspondence with your subconscious mind. The subconscious aspect of your mind is driving all of the things that you do and think. If subconsciously you believe you cannot do something or are afraid of something, you will feel blocked and it may be very difficult for you to bypass this deeply held belief.
We all have blocks.
A block is often expressed as an old habit, tendency or pattern that is repeated bringing us the same unwanted outcomes. There are many ways to free ourselves of those blocks. Talk therapy (psychotherapy), movement therapy, psychoanalysis, or a spiritual practice. Hypnosis is one of the fastest ways to move our blocks and create change.
